Terms & Conditions
Participant is responsible for reading and understanding the following terms and conditions in their entirety. By completing the section below the participant acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Expectations, Inclusions & Restrictions
While Bloom boutique always works to exceed the expectations of the Participant, Bloom Boutique can only be responsible for the inclusions expressly listed in the workshop details. Participant acknowledges that Bloom Boutique reserves the right to make substitutions to any of the planned workshop components.
The workshop agenda aims to cover the basics to floral arranging. The educational content includes learning to create a hand tied bouquet, a floral arrangement in a vase of your choice a large scale centrepiece in the form of the popular flower runner, and a tall centrepiece arrangement. This course has not been sold as having “advanced” techniques. Any assumption as such is solely responsibility of the Participant. Bloom Boutique will not refund Participants any portion of monies paid for unmet expectations.
Attendance & Participation
Registration for the workshop is valid for one Participant only. Participant listed on the registration form must be the Participant attending the workshop. No spouses / friends/co-workers will be allowed to attend the workshop in additions to the Participant in an unpaid/unregistered manner. Children are not allowed to accompany Participant during the workshop. Involvement of the Participant is not the responsibility of Bloom Boutique and Bloom Boutique will not reimburse any part of the registration fee due to lack of involvement or attendance on the Participant’s part.
Payment
Payment of R5000.00 Per Participant is due by no later than 16 October 2020, to the following details:

Cancellation & Non-Payment
Participants may cancel their registration at any time, but will forfeit any payments already made.
Refunds are not available for any cancellation, for any reason. No exceptions will be made.
If the Participant would like to transfer their registration to another Participant, the Participant is responsible for making all arrangements with the new Participant. Bloom Boutique will assist in the registration of the new Participant. All cancellations must be made in writing and the intent of the Participant to forfeit their seat in the workshop or find a replacement must be clarified at this time. Bloom Boutique reserves the right to fill the cancelled seat if the Participant makes no arrangements within 15 days of cancellation.
In the unlikely event that Bloom Boutique must cancel the workshop, all payments will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation notice. Bloom Boutique is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred in preparation for the workshop, including travel, lodging and food.
In the event the workshop needs to be postponed due to COVID-19, any monies paid up until that point will be transferred to a future class date. There will be no refunds for postponing the workshop due to circumstances out of our control.
Photographic Release & use
The Participant understands that photo or video will be taken by Bloom Boutique, vendors and other participants. The Participant grants Bloom Boutique and any vendors associated with Bloom Boutique workshops, all right, title and interest in any and all photographic images and video made by Bloom Boutique or vendors, during the Participants time with Bloom Boutique. The Participant also understands that their photo and likeness may be used in future promotional material for Bloom Boutique/ or vendors.
Release of Profit and Business Growth Liability
Bloom Boutique is not responsible in any way nor does it guarantee increased profit and/or revenues from the techniques as described during the workshop. Bloom Boutique does not guarantee that the participant will book more clients, generate more revenue, increase social media following, or have a more successful business. Participant is solely responsible for the performance of their business whether the techniques Bloom Boutique shares are applied in the Participant’s business or not.
Release of Liability
By agreeing to the terms, the Participant releases Bloom Boutique of all liability and legal responsibility associated with any injury, damage, or death, connected in any way with the Participant’s involvement in the workshop. The Participant acknowledges that some physical activities will be included in the workshop (lifting heavy buckets, climbing ladders etc) and that they alone are responsible for knowing their own abilities and limits.
